TRADITIONAL RESERVE STUDIES
Level I: Full Reserve Study-For the most comprehensive study of your property, our Level 1 Reserve Study with Site Inspection is the perfect fit. With this study, we analyze every common area element, both physically and financially, to give you a comprehensive understanding of your property's needs. This option is ideal for first-time clients or those who have not completed a study in some time. Trust our team of experts to help ensure your property remains in top-notch condition.
Level II: Update with Site Inspection- Due to the volatility of the construction industry as a whole, it is recommended that you have your reserve study updated annually to ensure reserve funding is adequate. The Level II study is an update with a site inspection and is best suited for properties that had a Level 1 Study or an update within the past year, but have a need for a site inspection such as damage caused by inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Level III: Update with no Site Inspection- This option is the best suited for properties that have received a study within the last 12 months, and have no need for a site inspection. The intent of this service is to analyze the financial standing only. The current status of the reserve fund as well as the funding plan are both updated with the most current data. The main goal of this service is to verify that the funding plan is still accurate and is indicative of the current economic climate.
RESERVE STUDY PROGRAMS
Rather than having to issue an RFP every time that a community needs a reserve study or update completed, we have the ability to engage in a strategic partnership with Property Management Firms to provide a reserve study program on a contractual basis. By partnering and with management companies on multi year agreements, we can guarantee line of sight for future projects, allowing us to reduce the overall cost for services provided. On top of saving the community money on individual services, our reserve study programs ensure that your assets are inspected and maintained properly year after year.
